1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is PayItMonthly Ltd, trading as PayItMonthly, registered in England and Wales under company number 09719909, with its registered office at Ellenborough House, Wellington Street, Cheltenham, GL50 1XZ ("PayItMonthly").

2. Definitions

2.1 In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings set out below:
"Eligible Agreement" means an agreement meeting the requirements of clause 6.
"Eligible Partner" means a partner meeting the eligibility requirements set out in clause 3.
"Partner Terms" means PayItMonthly's applicable partner agreement and any associated policies, procedures or requirements in force during the Promotion Period.
"Prize" means one of the prizes described in clause 7.
"Promotion" means the Automotive Partner Prize Draw described in these Terms and Conditions.
"Promotion Period" means the period described in clause 4.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to new UK-based automotive partners who:
a. are aged 18 or over;
b. register as a PayItMonthly partner during the Promotion Period;
c. place at least one Eligible Agreement during the Promotion Period; and
d. comply with these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Partner Terms.

3.2 Employees of PayItMonthly, members of their immediate families, agents and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. Promotion Period

4.1 The Promotion opens when it is first published by PayItMonthly and closes at 23:59 on 30 October 2026 ("Promotion Period").

4.2 Eligible Agreements completed after the closing time will not qualify.

5. Entry

5.1 Each Eligible Partner who places at least one Eligible Agreement during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the prize draw.

5.2 Each Eligible Partner may receive a maximum of one entry, regardless of the number of Eligible Agreements placed during the Promotion Period.

5.3 No separate entry is required. Entries will be recorded automatically against the Eligible Partner's PayItMonthly account.

5.4 PayItMonthly's records will determine whether a valid entry has been received.

6. Eligible Agreements

6.1 An "Eligible Agreement" is a genuine PayItMonthly automotive agreement that:
a. has passed the applicable credit, affordability and eligibility checks;
b. has been accepted and signed by the customer during the Promotion Period;
c. has not been cancelled, refunded, duplicated, entered fraudulently or otherwise reversed before the prize draw;
d. complies with PayItMonthly's applicable Partner Terms and customer terms;
e. relates to a genuine credit transaction and has not been created primarily for the purpose of obtaining entry into the prize draw; and
f. has not been entered into as a result of undue pressure, unfair sales practices or any conduct that is inconsistent with applicable law, Financial Conduct Authority requirements, the Consumer Duty or PayItMonthly's Partner Terms.

7. Prizes

7.1 Three prizes are available.

7.2 Each winner may choose one of the following prize options:
a. a JBL Charge 6 speaker;
b. a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with 80 coffee pods; or
c. a Cookology mini fridge.

7.3 Three winners will be selected and each winner may choose one of the prize options listed in clause 7.2.

7.4 Winners may select the same prize option as one another, subject to availability.

7.5 Each Eligible Partner may win no more than one prize. If the same Eligible Partner is selected more than once, the later selection will be disregarded and another winner will be drawn.

7.6 All prizes are subject to availability. If a selected prize is unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied, PayItMonthly reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater retail value.

7.7 Any replacement prize will be selected by PayItMonthly.

7.8 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be resold through PayItMonthly. No cash alternative is available.

7.9 Product colours, models and other specifications may vary from those shown in promotional images. Promotional images are for illustrative purposes only.

8. Winner Selection

8.1 The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries within five working days after the Promotion Period closes.

8.2 The draw will use a verifiably random selection process and will be conducted or supervised by a person independent of the team responsible for administering the Promotion.

9. Winner Notification

9.1 Winners will be contacted using the email address or telephone number registered to their PayItMonthly partner account within five working days of the draw.

9.2 Each winner must respond and confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of being contacted.

9.3 If a winner:
a. does not respond within 14 days;
b. cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts;
c. is found to be ineligible;
d. is unable or unwilling to accept the prize; or
e. fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions,
PayItMonthly may withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

10. Prize Delivery

10.1 Prizes will be delivered to a UK mainland address provided by each winner.

10.2 PayItMonthly will cover the cost of standard delivery and will aim to arrange delivery within 30 days after the winner confirms acceptance.

10.3 Winners are responsible for any costs associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

11. Publicity

11.1 As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Promotion if requested by PayItMonthly.

11.2 Promotional activity may include:
a. providing a suitable photograph of themselves, their business, premises or team;
b. permitting PayItMonthly to use their business name and logo;
c. participating in a short interview or providing a testimonial; and
d. taking part in website content, social media, email marketing, press releases, public relations activity and other promotional materials relating to the Promotion and PayItMonthly's services.

11.3 Each winner grants PayItMonthly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt and display their business name, logo, photographs, videos, testimonials and other promotional material supplied by or created with the winner in connection with the Promotion for the purposes of promoting the Promotion, PayItMonthly and its services, without additional compensation.

11.4 Where any photograph or video includes identifiable individuals other than the winner, the winner confirms that they have obtained all necessary permissions for PayItMonthly to use that material for the purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.

11.5 Winners agree to cooperate with reasonable publicity requests in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Where a winner unreasonably refuses to provide the agreed promotional materials, PayItMonthly reserves the right to publish the winner's business name and logo only, or to select an alternative winner where such publicity formed a material part of the Promotion.

12. Preventing Abuse

12.1 Partners must continue to comply with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, Financial Conduct Authority rules and PayItMonthly's Partner Terms when offering PayItMonthly.

12.2 The existence of this Promotion must not influence whether finance is offered or recommended to a customer. Finance must only be offered where appropriate and in accordance with the partner's usual sales process.

12.3 This Promotion is intended solely as an incentive for Eligible Partners. Partners must not advertise, promote or communicate the existence of the Promotion to customers or suggest that entering into a PayItMonthly agreement will assist the partner in winning a prize or otherwise influence a customer's decision to enter into finance.

12.4 Entrants must not create agreements solely to obtain entry into the prize draw or otherwise attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the Promotion.

12.5 PayItMonthly may reject an entry or disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes there has been:
a. fraud or attempted fraud;
b. abuse of the Promotion;
c. submission of false or misleading information;
d. manipulation of the entry process;
e. a breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Partner Terms;
f. conduct contrary to the spirit of the Promotion, including behaviour that is inconsistent with applicable law, Financial Conduct Authority requirements, the Consumer Duty or PayItMonthly's Partner Terms; or
g. agreements generated primarily for the purpose of obtaining entry into the Promotion.

12.6 PayItMonthly may verify an entrant's eligibility and request supporting information before awarding a prize.

12.7 A prize may be withheld until PayItMonthly is satisfied that the winner and their entry comply with these Terms and Conditions.

12.8 PayItMonthly reserves the right to audit any Eligible Agreement and request information from a partner that it reasonably considers necessary to verify compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Partner Terms and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
